Full-Time Support Specialist — Fort Kent Operations Center

Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a helpful, friendly person for the full-time position of Support Specialist for our Fort Kent Operations Center. This position will be part of our Support Center, providing the first line of service to incoming member requests by phone, website, chat, or otherwise. We’re looking for someone who is highly-motivated, organized, and comfortable with technology, in order to solve the majority of incoming member concerns. The ability to work in a close-knit team environment and multitasking are crucial to success. Training will be thorough and ongoing. The starting wage is $17 per hour without experience.

Full-Time Loan Clerk— Madawaska or St. Agatha Branch

Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our lending department as loan clerk for our St. Agatha or Madawaska branch. This full-time position is best-suited for someone with an eagle-eye who enjoys reviewing paperwork and meticulously scrutinizing details.

Duties will include proofing completed consumer and real estate loans, ensuring security instruments are included in loan files, ensuring loan rate changes are completed to include supporting documents, filing documents with appropriate agencies, and performing clerical duties for the indirect lending program. Six months of similar or related experience is preferred. Training is available for the successful applicant.
