Fort Kent (Sept. 6, 2019) – Acadia Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Tanya Jandreau and Justin Dubois have recently joined their commercial loan department, headquartered at the Fort Kent branch.
Along with the rest of the commercial lending department, Jandreau and Dubois have been working closely with management to service and expand Acadia FCU’s commercial loan portfolio. The four-person team covers all of Acadia’s service area in Aroostook, Penobscot, and Piscataquis counties. “The addition of two commercial loan officers enhances our commitment to the business communities we serve,” said Michele Martin, Acadia FCU Vice President of Lending. “The addition of more lenders will be greatly beneficial as we continue to grow our commercial portfolio, especially in the greater Bangor area and with the addition of a new branch on Broadway.”
Jandreau joins Acadia after 14 years with United Insurance, after having worked in many capacities—most recently as Commercial Lines Account Manager. Her prior work experience includes several years of handling commercial clients. “I truly enjoy dealing with many of the same clients with Acadia as I have in the past,” said Jandreau. “Acadia really focuses on making members our number one priority and I look forward to helping my current and future members in any way that I can. The great family environment here is wonderful, and I felt right at home the first day I started work.”
A lifelong resident of Fort Kent, Jandreau graduated from UMFK with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She shares her home with her husband, Travis, and two sons, Tristen and Garrett. She enjoys running, weight training, skiing, hiking, and spending quality time with her family.
Dubois has spent nearly 20 years working in Fort Kent businesses, with 15 years at Quigley’s Building Supply, managing the business for the last eight years there. More recently, he worked as a Commercial Account Executive for United Insurance. “Acadia FCU has been so welcoming and the culture here is amazing, making the transition into this new profession an easy one,” said Dubois. “I’m extremely excited to be working here. I look forward to helping our members be successful and grow their businesses.”
A Valley native, Dubois also graduated from UMFK with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He resides in Fort Kent with his wife, Michelle, and daughter, Ella. His favorite pastimes include golfing, skiing, and traveling with his family.
Acadia FCU’s newly-expanded commercial lending department is in response to the increasing demand for commercial services and to better serve the wide variety of businesses in their service area.
