Traditional Debit Card

Please call 1-866-886-7252 if you have issues with your debit card outside of Acadia’s regular business hours.

The first time a credit or debit card is lost or stolen, no replacement fee will be charged. After that one-time “free fee” is used, the card can be replaced and a fee will be assessed.

If the credit or debit card has natural wear and tear and is no longer working, a replacement card can be issued upon member request. In such situations, we will assess the account and decide if fees are justified.

Credit and debit cards replaced due to fraud or theft will be provided at no charge, except in instances of repeated occurrences. In such situations, we will assess the account and decide if fees are justified, plus offer the member suggestions on how to protect their card and account.

There are no fees associated with debit and credit cards issued at renewal dates.

If your Acadia debit card has been activated and you need to change your PIN, please call 1-(800)-992-3808. If you wish to change your PIN in-person, please visit one of our branches with Instant Issue service. Acadia has a $2,500 per 24 hour limit on purchases using our debit card, however, if you know you are making purchases totaling more than our daily limit, please call your local branch to get manager approval for a specific period of time.  You can reach your local branch by clicking here.

Acadia has a $1,000 in 24 hours limit on ATM withdrawals, however, if you need this limit increased for a specific period of time, please call your local branch to get a manager’s approval.  Your local branch can be reached by clicking here.
