You can set up notifications that go straight to your phone or email for low balances, large withdrawals, loan payment reminders, and more—they're fully customizable! If you already use Digital Banking, you can quickly modify your eAlert preferences and choose from a wide variety of notifications to best suit your needs.

Frequently asked questions

eAlerts are emails or text messages that notify you about certain transactions or events happening on your account. Each eAlert can be sent to multiple email accounts or cell phone numbers within minutes of the transaction.
Immediately. All eAlerts are processed and sent in real time. You will not receive any eAlerts for transactions that occurred prior to when you set up the eAlert.
There is absolutely no limit to the number of eAlerts you can sign up for. You can sign up for multiple types of eAlerts, and you can sign up multiple times for each type of eAlert. For example, you can set up a low balance eAlert to notify you via email anytime your checking account balance drops below $200 and you can sign up for another low balance eAlert to ping your phone anytime your account balance drops below $50.
